Buddy List / Guild Gone PERMANENTLY Empty Buddy List / Guild Gone PERMANENTLY

I didn't log on for a good week or two and when i did, my buddy list and guild was gone. I did /find on some of them to check, and they were online but my buddy list was just completely gone as for my guild also. Then I dc'd in a few minutes, and couldn't log back on for minutes.
I waited another hour, and just went back on. I re-added somebody and my buddy list appeared, but they were all offline. I had to have my friend re-add me for her to be on my list again. But as for my guild, I'm still not sure.

Did something happen? ._.
