Client wont work Empty Client wont work

Hi im new to the server and i downloaded the client and everything then put it in the MS folder but when i double click the client nothing happens. I wait of course but yeah.. Other server clients have worked before so idk what the problem is. Is the server down or something? Or is it just me? :/

Is it still happening? It might be that you aren't running as an admin or the server was restarting.

Yeah its still happening. I usually dont have to run as admin and i dont have that option when i right click.
