Server lag 2. (For everyone)

Hey guys, I have noticed these few skills which lag the server.
In general, they're the Arch Mage's skills which follow;
Genesis, Blizzard, Meteo.

Try not using these skills for the mean time.
People lag/dc when people use them.
Maybe you don't, but other people do.
Please be considerate to other players

o_o it's a multi-level lag.
If you level more than once you will always lag.

any skills lag's you when you kill a mob after Rbing, doesn't really matter what skill even killing mob with regular attack lag too when you just reborn...well it would help too if those donor stop spamming world notice and smega everytime
