i cant login~~~

hi GM, i have a problem with my login
when i type in my ID n PW
then i press login
it says this ID is being used or server is down, bt i can see that server wasnt down
wat should i do?? tq

If you're having this problem right now, at this exact very moment, it's because the server crashed. You'll have to wait for one the owners to restart and you'll be off to rebirthing, chatting & etc..!

if its still happeneing go to main site and log into your account and hit character fix
