i cant login

hi GM, i have a problem with my login
when i type in my ID n PW
then i press login
it says this ID is being used or server is down, bt i can see that server wasnt down
wat should i do?? tq

Wrong section. You should delete this and repost it at the report bugs or help section.

There's nothing we can do when server down. Only wait for owner to restart the server. And when u cant log in. Means server is crashed. Even thought on the website the server appear online.
