Can't Login after PIC

After entering the fake PIC, the screen goes black. Maplestory closes and it keeps telling me "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later." This is the case with both of my characters.

I was getting help leveling from a player in fm9 (black crows) and all of a sudden my screen gets locked. I alt+tabbed to the task manager to manually close Maplestory and re-opened it. Now I'm stuck at the login and it won't let me sign on.

it may be due to server crash. try again.

other possible reasons:

1. you are banned (?)

2. your firewall stopped maplestory from connecting (?)

3. your loopback adapter was enabled (easiest fix for this problem if this is the case is to go to start>connect to>and find the 2nd internet connection, right click it, and disable it.)

No. He's not banned. I got the list of banned players.

His problem is after he presses ok on the pic he dces follow these steps and you should be back in no time
