Rederected to login page ANNOYS ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone pls help me?
These are the problems:
1.I have been redirected to the login page after PIC.
2.I tried the Loopback Adapter fix but it wouldn't work??
3.After being redirected, it writes "Cannot connect to server"
Anyone have solutions to this problem pls pm me or comment QUICK!!!
