I cant play in Game

everytime i log in the game i go to scania and any cc, every time i go to my chracter selection and i click my character and click start. i lag out and it says u have been disconnected from this server. And it isnt working for 5 weks today it was a server down and it still doesnt work for 5 weeks ago. Can someone help me?
