Being unable to get into the game

Hi there, my name is Josh. I'm new to lightningms so if you ever do see me help me I just made an account and logged in, picked a channel and create my character. Whenever i try to get into the game with my character lightningms keeps crashing on me?, i've tried to get in many times, and even made a another character. I don't get any error codes or messages.

Oh and i just got a message about how i've been disconnected from the game.

Try and redownload v83. It could be your .wz files. We don't have PIC.

Do you have your loopback adpater disabled?

how do you disable your loop back adapter?

I did, but i was just curious. If i play another v83 server that should affect the files right?

i mean "shouldn't*"
