Need some help :(

Every time I tried logging in my account and after typing in the PIN, I would disconnect from the server and the following message would pop up :

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Some help would be appreciated.

I think it should be working fine now. Earlier we had a restart. If it still happens please tell me.

Yeah. I am able to connect to the login page. But after going to the character selection page and typing in the PIN code, I would DC and that message would pop up.

Well we just had another restart. Try again. When you type in the PIN are you able to see a map then d/c? Or is it just d/c right after the PIN?

Try to disable your loop back adapter.

But apparently I already have them disabled.

Nope, I don't see a map. I dc immediately after typing the pic. Happened since yesterday.

Try to use the map unstuck in the website.

Did you type in the wrong PIN? And do other characters work?

Same goes to the other characters.

Have you tried to make a new account? Perhaps you type in the wrong PIN.
