PLEASE HELP ANYONE Empty PLEASE HELP ANYONE

I made an account and got about 15 RB. then I bought tickets with vote points and used two of them. On the third I typed in @fmnpc and nothing happened. Then I tried @dispose and nothing happened. None of the portals worked so I went Menu>Quit Game. When I tried to log in right after It said "This account is under inspection or being used. Please help and thank you in advance(:

ever heard of char fix log in lightningms.no-ip.org log in char fix and u will be able to log in if this happens again
