Can't get vote points.

So I voted and the usual stuff, I clicked the 'here' where they say I have to vote to get points, and I did. I typed the captcha correctly and when I went in my character, I have 0 vote points. What should I do? I've voted. And actually, it started since yesterday. I changed my 3 vote points to cash and bought cash items. Than I dc-ed and when I went back in, my items that i bought was gone and my cash became 0. What's happening?
