Server's TERRIBLE lag.

Well, I would just like to ask what causes the server to lag terribly?
I wanted to ask if you guys changed host?
And, I realized that the server lags when the skill Dragon's Roar is used.
I tried every other skill, and I didn't lag.
And I just wanted to say, that the server is soooo terribly laggy.
The previous one was a lot better..
So may I ask, if you changed host? That's why there was a server wipe?

If other skills don't lag you, use the other skills for now. Lag should be fixed soon. I hope.
