Help me please!!!

A few days ago i got scammed by a user named pineapple. I lost my work glove msi! we were doing a trade for a nx msi and i gave him some leafs. He has probably already transfered my msi! I have spoken with several (4) gms who cannot do anything until light gets on. Every time i log on Light is either afk or not on. I hope i will have more success doing this on the forum. I would really appreciate some help. I am not sure how light can help since he probably did not turn the msi's into item ids. If anyone can help that would be great.
