This might be a Bug =/

I am New, i joined today about an hour ago but when it try to logg in i cant o-0.I enter my fake pic and everything freezes. 
I dont know what to do 
Ive already logged on the website and clicked character fix.Also I had already disable all the loopback adapters or known as Local Area Connection. Help Me please.
P.S: if u had a hard time understanding sorry about my bad grammar. Here it is in a nutshell, When i logg in and I put in my fake pic and everything freezes. I've done all possible solutions i could think of such as Going on Website and clicking character fix.Heres the second one , disabling all Local Area Connections.

The server may be crashed. Wait for server restart. Sorry about it
