Hey Im on a friends LAPTOP and I downloaded the v83 and the client but when I go to install the v83 it won't pop up . This is on Windows Vista

Try opening up another private server.

it takes awhile for the v83 install page to pop out. so be patience. And also laptop is more slow so it will take longer.
