Bomb Bug/Glitch: 100% Miss Empty Bomb Bug/Glitch: 100% Miss

Either it's the Bombs or my glitched character. Whenever anybody places bombs on me, it's always a 100% miss. I've relogged, but it still glitches. In addition, I've been banned because of this glitch. My ban appeal is up.
