My suggest is...

My suggest is we need 1 or 2 GMs can do a job during 3pm until 9pm [GMT+8] my timezone. During that time server very less on player but,doesnt mean we dont need have a GM to make sure the server are completely under control.
I hope LMS GMs can consider about this issues thank you.

There's already a fuck-tonne of GMs at the moment.
At best, I think we should sack a few and look for those from more timezones.

Then again, it's never nice to sack anyone.
That kind of stuff results in messy forums (rage, tears etc).

I think if @gm doesn't get you what you want, then a screenshot will often suffice.

I often try to stay up as much as i can trying to cover the time zones, but sometimes you're just really tired at 5or6 AM to even think about an event. Also I do believe that most of the players are in east coast and west coast time that's why no one does events at 5 in the morning; we already have enough GMs and a foreign player who's not fluent in english or have grammar problems won't be any value to the server besides that time that he/she is doing an event in the morning for us because we're all sleeping.

Usually I'm on late my time which is around the times your speaking about. I have not been on because I've been on vacation. I plan on returning to my usual time frames as quick as possible
