Character bugged/glitched !!! Please Help!!!!

My character is not able to access CS for some reasons, please give me some solutions that i have not tried before. I have tried everything the GM's asked me but it's still not working for me ... please help me !!! thx

log off and on worked for most ppl

i tried that already my char is like totally bugged i can't even go in CS.

try pressing attack when you hit CS, worked for me

@save in FM.
Log off.
Use unstucker
Log back in.
Should work then.
