cant log in

every time i log in i click an npc or exit the game and this happens

You were already logged in. Use the char fix on our main website.

thanks i did this but when i log back in and exit out i get the same problem then it deletes my progress so i have to start over

Erm you just have to keep doing that. You probably just rollback. Nothing we can do other than having you @save every few minutes or so.

use the website unstucker,
log back on.
You should be fine after that.
