Transferring NX Empty Transferring NX

So apparently there's a glitch where creating a new character on your account erases all your NX and Vote Points. I want to create a new character to play on so I created a new account. I was wondering if I could move some NX from my original account to my new account.

My original account (Log-in ID: starmiles) has around 656,000 NX on it. Can a GM or higher authority delete 200,000 NX from starmiles and put 200,000 NX on my second account (Log-in ID: 11501)?

Or better yet, can someone fix the new character glitch?
