Error code -2147287038

Before I decided to post this, I tried to look for an answer myself, in order to save time, but after browsing the forums of people with this problem or one similar to it, I've still yet to find a solution.

I've tried EVERYTHING, from reinstalling both the client and V83 (everything I download is from the LightningMS website).
I tried dling it to a folder outside my Nexon folder, I uninstalled GlobalMS, nothing seems to work.
I turned off all my anti-viruses, firewalls, etc.

Can someone please help a brother out? My girlfriend's works perfectly, I did things the same way she did, and it still didn't work.

I'm having the SAME exact problem, and all my other friends are playing while I told them how to set it up. Man this error has been aggravating me for nearly and hour and a half

Go you your internet and network base in the control panel, then click change settings for network card, disable all of the connections except the main one. If thats the problem it should work.(the main one is probably named like Internet 1 or something, most usual at the left<<)

I'm sorry, but I can't find this "network card" :X

Disable your lookback adapter.
