One Issue plus One Question

I've only been playing LMS for a day and so far I love it, but I keep getting a reoccuring problem, an error code...
"Error Code: 38 (Reached the end of the File)"
It happens out of nowhere and maplestory just shuts down on me.
Is there any way I can fix this issue?

Also, with the Donor Status, does that last forever? If not then how long does the donor status last for?

Erm that's probably just a random d/c. And if you want donor status you need to post on Donation Center. And it should last 'forever'

Its not a random DC, cos it happens too frequently to be "random" D:

Well if players use transforms or send packets we will d/c. But these are in a way 'random'

I have something similar you may be getting this error due to a certain map for example (this is true) in ludi I lag like crazy on any server and any patch.
try to find something in common with each d/c a map a person anything and avoid it ^_^ hope this helps :3
